Wine director for some of the Nation’s finest restaurants, an award-winning sommelier, a co-author of a cookbook, with her spouse, entitled “Two in the Kitchen”, and a Professor of Wine and Beverage at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in the Napa Valley. Christie was featured on the Food Network and earned the Grand Award from the Wine Spectator.
