Canard Vineyard has been creating handcrafted wines in Napa Valley since 1984. Each year they produce nine limited release single vineyard wines, each one expressing the remarkable complexities of the estate’s unique terroir. Just in the last handful of vintages, they have received over 35 ratings of 90 points or above. Their wines are an expression of soil, minerality, climate and the tension between Old World elegance (French trained winemaker) and the vibrancy of the fruit produced from this historic century old dry farmed vineyard in Calistoga. Canard is dedicated to creating wines of distinction with an emphasis on quality over quantity. All of the wines for this event are under 250 cases. Five wines from Canard Vineyard will be paired with four incredible courses paired by Chef Nolan.

Stealing time away from overseeing three restaurants, Chef Will Nolan of Viceroy Snowmass, has crafted a seasonal menu of humanely raised, heritage livestock with organically farmed produce. Canard Vineyard Library wines will be paired with each course.
