Kick-off your al fresco lunch in style with tasty appetizers paired with an all-star lineup of sparkling wines from California, the Cava region in Spain and the Prosecco region in Italy. Then, enjoy a melange of mouth-watering lunch courses paired with a selection of elegant styles of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the West Coast of CA. Along the way, learn about the unique climates of each region, the grapes inside each of the wines, unique ways to pair them with food, and so much more!

Later relax with a brew from our Biergarten and watch a free culinary demo given by one of our Celebrity Chefs on the Main Stage sponsored by the Colorado Dept of Agriculture. Well, maybe not exactly, but this dining experience will transport you to the shores of Spain where you will enjoy a paella cooking demonstration paired with a selection of Spanish wine varietals. Hosted in a private Mountain Village residence, this meal will nourish your mind, body, and cultural curiosity.
